Must Have the following:

Minimum 2 years within Construction and Property Development 
Strong admin skills 
Computer literate 
Exposure to Buildsmart will be highly beneficial 
Capable of multi-tasking 
Excellent written verbal communication skills 
Able to speak English and Afrikaans 
Valid drivers licence and own transport


Assisting Project Coordinator as required 
Representing Project Coordinator in meetings 
General administration relating to the role 
NHBRC submissions Town planning submissions 

Day-to-day management and liaison with professional teams architects engineers council and relevant statutory bodies 

Minute taking
