The primary works that is intended for implementation under this City of Cape Town tender will include, but not limited to, the following:

• A formalised Non-Motorised Transport (NMT) route along the public open space.
• Hard and soft landscaping.
• Multi-Use recreational and/or play areas.
• Stormwater infrastructure that will mitigate the management of stormwater upstream, within and downstream of the site.
