The contract comprises construction of the following:

• 165 residential units comprising 165 double storey units, some of which are freestanding, while others are semi-detached or in rows of multiple units.
• Civil engineering services for 211 erven comprising surfaced roads with kerbs and sidewalks, stormwater drainage and stormwater management structures, fully reticulated water supply and waste water drainage, all in accordance with CoCT standards. 46 of these erven will be provided with a precast toilet structure.
• Electrical services for 211 erven comprising medium voltage underground reticulation to minisubs, low voltage underground reticulation to metering kiosks, streetlights, and service connections to houses.
• Landscaping.
