We plan to expand our investment in construction crews as contracts require skilled individuals with a talent for craftsmanship. With the goal of not only creating wealth and sustainability, Wesley has a passionate focus on creating opportunities for other young black South Africans, enabling them to become entrepreneurs and create their own wealth.
Thanks to Wesley’s passion and experience, WCB Developments has grown to a level 8CE and 8GB on the CIDB contractor gradings, as well as having built a formidable property development portfolio, making WCB the largest black-youth-owned construction and development firm in the country as well as the largest 100% black-owned firm in the Western Cape.

Group Financial Director
Craig West functions as the Group Financial Director and is registered as an associate with SIACA, holding the professional AGA(SA) designation. Craig has extensive experience in auditing, financial accounting, and reporting gained through his years spent as an external auditor as well as working in the real estate industry.
Craig’s vast experience and knowledge is key to the entity’s financial strategy, planning as well as financial analysis.

Contracts & Development Manager
Michael represents WCB Developers as the Development Manager. Having been in the property development and construction industry for 10 years, his experience varies from development management, project management as well as construction management. Being involved in all elements of the project at different levels representing both clients as well as contractors has allowed Michael to gain a broad understanding of the industry as well as where margins can be made.
Mike is passionate about value engineering and creating efficiencies in buildings through early design involvement with the architects and engineering teams.
